Our Evening IOP is a structured therapeutic program designed for individuals who require more support than traditional weekly therapy but can still manage their daily responsibilities (work, school, family).
It’s ideal for those struggling with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders (when co-occurring with mental health issues), or significant life transitions. The evening schedule allows participants to attend programming without disrupting their daytime commitments.
Both our virtual and in-person Evening IOP options offer the same high-quality curriculum, therapeutic modalities, and experienced clinicians. The primary difference is the delivery method.
In-Person IOP: Provides a traditional group therapy experience in a supportive physical environment at our Novu Wellness facility. This option can be beneficial for individuals who prefer face-to-face interaction, thrive in a structured setting, and benefit from the immediate community aspect.
Virtual IOP: Delivered securely online via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform, allowing you to participate from the comfort and convenience of your own home. This option is ideal for those with geographical limitations, demanding schedules, transportation challenges, or who simply prefer the flexibility of remote participation.
Our Evening IOP utilizes evidence-based therapeutic modalities to promote lasting change and recovery. Depending on individual needs and group dynamics, our program may incorporate:

The duration of our Evening IOP varies depending on individual progress and treatment goals. Participants are generally required to attend regular evening sessions on a weekly basis, each lasting approximately 1 hour.
